On March 22, 2025, a valued long-term client of our company sent us an inquiry for 304 stainless steel tees. This client has purchased pipe fittings from us multiple times in the past. After we completed the quotation, the client placed an order with us one week later.
ZIZI is a professional enterprise engaged in the production and processing of pipes and pipe fittings. Our produced pipes and pipe fittings are mainly used in fields such as chemical, petroleum, natural gas, water conservancy, power, and marine engineering. Our products mainly include seamless pipes, welded pipes, butt-welding pipe fittings, high-pressure forged pipe fittings, and flanges in various sizes. The materials include carbon steel, stainless steel, alloy steel, low-temperature steel, duplex steel, nickel-based alloys, etc.

Outer Diameter :
Use an outside caliper to measure the outer diameter of each port. For butt welding cross, the outer diameter is a critical dimension for butt-welding with the main pipe and branch pipes. This ensures that the manufactured cross can be smoothly connected with other pipes, fittings, or equipment, avoiding issues like inability to connect, misalignment, or interference during on-site installation.
Wall Thickness :
Use a wall thickness caliper or ultrasonic thickness gauge to measure the wall thickness of each port. This ensures that the cross can withstand the pressure generated during the operation of the piping system. The wall thickness should comply with design requirements and relevant standards, directly affecting the pressure-bearing capacity of the cross.
Overall Height/Length:
Measure the largest dimension of the cross to ensure adequate installation space.
