Last month, we received an inquiry attached with the drawing for 1500 reducing union. The material required is stainless steel SS316. After checking to our engineer, we offered the best price to my customer. After one week, the customer replied us and shown interest for our quotation. But they needed the photos of products. We confused for that, because there couldn’t be photos for customized fittings before producing. In that case, we called the customer and got the reason, it turned out that he didn’t know whether it was a customized fittings or standard fittings. Then we sent our standard drawing and told him the difference between them. Two weeks later, the customer sent me email to proceed the order. This customer is friendly, and we are satisfied with each other. After that we built stable cooperative relationship.
