Appearance Inspection:
Purpose: Check whether there are cracks, delamination, heavy skin, pits, scratches, rust and other defects visible to the naked eye on the surface of the branch seat. Ensure that the product surface is smooth and there are no defects that affect the use.
Chemical Composition Analysis:
Purpose: Confirm whether the material composition of the branch seat meets the procurement standards and design requirements. This is directly related to the mechanical properties, corrosion resistance and welding performance of the material.
Mechanical Property Test:
Purpose: Verify the strength, plasticity and toughness of the branch seat material to ensure that it can withstand the expected pressure, temperature and stress during the operation of the pipeline system.
Tensile Test: Determine the yield strength, tensile strength, elongation, cross-sectional shrinkage, and evaluate the strength and plasticity of the material.
Impact Test: Determine the impact toughness and evaluate the material's ability to resist brittle fracture under low temperature or impact load.
Hardness Test: Determine the hardness of the material and evaluate its wear resistance.

Excellent high temperature and high pressure resistance: Due to its alloy composition, it can maintain stable mechanical properties under high temperature and high pressure environment, and is not prone to creep, oxidation or failure.
Excellent corrosion resistance: According to the alloy elements added, some ASTM A182 alloy steel weldolet have excellent corrosion resistance and can resist the erosion of various corrosive media such as acids, alkalis, and salts.
Good low temperature toughness: Some alloy steel grades can still maintain good toughness at extremely low temperatures, are not prone to brittle fracture, and are suitable for pipeline systems in cold areas or for transporting low temperature media.
High strength and fatigue resistance: The strength of alloy steel is generally higher than that of carbon steel, which enables ASTM A182 alloy steel weldolet to withstand greater stress concentration and cyclic loads, improving the overall reliability and service life of the pipeline system.
Adapt to complex working conditions: Due to its improved comprehensive performance, alloy steel weldolet can adapt to various complex and harsh industrial environments, reducing the risk of failure and maintenance costs.
