What is Threaded Tee
ASTM A182 Threaded tee provide permanent welded connections for pipes. Threaded joints probably represent the oldest method of joining piping systems.
Same as socket tee, threaded tees are mainly used for small pipe diameters (Small Bore Piping); generally, for piping whose nominal diameter is NPS 2 or smaller.
They are available in three pressure ratings: 2000lbs, 3000lbs and 6000lbs.
Threaded Type
There are six most common types of thread as below:
UN/UNF.
NPT/NPTF.
BSPP (BSP, parallel)
BSPT (BSP, tapered)
metric parallel.

The American National Pipe Thread Tapered, is the best known and most widely used connection where the pipe thread provides both the mechanical joint and the hydraulic seal. For the size of 1/2"-2"ASTM A182 threaded tee, the package type is carton and wooden box. 2"-4"is wooden box.
However, the packaging can be customized according to the customer's specific requirements.
