On December 18, 2024, I received an inquiry from an old American customer. This customer has purchased bolts and other products from our company many times. On February 11, we received the purchase order from this customer and started production immediately. We are experts in manufacturing custom non-standard parts, such as screws, nuts, and bolts. We can meet all your custom heavy hex nut needs. Heavy hex nuts are slightly wider and thicker than standard hex nuts. They are commonly used with large-diameter, high-strength hex bolts or screws. Heavy hex nuts are available in various metals and can be used in environments with gas and oil. Their advantages include a longer thread engagement and better tensile or expansion resistance. Coating options include zinc, black zinc, and hot-dip galvanizing. We offer standard heavy hex nut sizes (in inches) ranging from 1/4" to 4".
