On June 4 2024, we received some inquiry from a Kuwaiti customer, including butt-welded pipe fittings, such as elbow, tee, flanges, etc. We quoted the customer and provided product information, including MTC, datasheet, delivery date, etc. We also communicated with the customer on WeChat. The customer was very interested in our quotation, and we showed the customer videos and pictures of the factory and products. This is a very powerful customer. Half a month later, the customer placed four orders with us and said that he would meet with us in Shanghai later. After meeting with the customer, we took him to visit the factory and tested the ordered products. The customer expressed great satisfaction. And then, the four orders were delivered on schedule and passed the inspection from the TUV third-party organization, and all products were qualified. Finally, the order was shipped and the customer said that he liked our packaging very much. Both parties look forward to the next cooperation.
