5D Pipe Bend Order From Singapore Customer

Our regular customer in Singapore has ordered of 5D pipe bend from our company. The product requires a bending angle of 90 degrees, an outer diameter size of 8 inches (219.1mm), wall thickness of SCH30 (7.04mm), and a straight pipe section of 500mm in length at both ends.The material standard ASTM A106B, and the production standard ASME B16.9 .The customer has very strict requirements for this order and has confirmed many technical details and testing requirements with us. We have fulfilled the customer's requirements, and finally successfully obtained this order and delivered it to the customer as scheduled.

5D Pipe Bend

5D pipe bend is bend radius 5 times of the pipe outside diameter. It’s purpose is similar to an elbow. The bending radius of the bend pipe should be ≥ 3D, and there should be a certain length of straight pipe sections at both ends. Pipe Bends can be made with bending radii such as 3D, 4D, 5D, 6D, 7D, 8D, 9D, 10D, etc. According to customer requirements. The length of the straight pipe section at both ends of the bent pipe is generally between 300-1500mm.
