Cooperation Process
On January 16th, Our company has received an offer for a customized pipe bend. They provided us a drawing for the special size. After confirming with the factory that this size of bend pipe can be produced, we provided a quotation and a case to the customer. In the next few days, we discussed with our customers some issues about regarding pricing and product testing. They asked the bend for magnetic particle testing, heat treatment testing and hardness testing. On the 21st, after these issues were determined, the customer confirmed the order and paid for it. The customer requested delivery in seven days, and we urged the factory to complete production in five days. Subsequently, we conducted the testing required by the customer and sent the testing report to them. After the cooperation, the customer is very satisfied with us and looks forward to the next cooperation.

What is Steel Pipe Bend ？
Bend is a piece of pipe similar to an elbow that changes the direction of the pipe. The index distinguishing from bend is its curvature radius R > 3D, and the bending angle of straight pipe section with a certain length at both ends is generally distributed in a step of 3 degrees between 0 degrees or less than 90 degrees (the bending angle relative to the pipe is between 90 degrees and 180 degrees). Butt welded bend is mainly used in high pressure pipelines, equipment with precise dimensions and other high pressure fields such as petrochemical industry, medical and health, electric power, aerospace, military, fire control, metallurgy, shipbuilding, gas, nuclear power, environmental protection, etc.
