In September, 2024. Mr Kumar from America asked us to quote one inquiry which is rather urgent:
After check with factory on the inventory status of these seamless pipes, our capability can meet what our customer needs.
During the period of time on discussing of the coating/inspection/loading/vessel reserving, we made the final solution, and operated this rushing hour order in success.
ASTM A106 Grade B Pipe Specification
ASTM A106 carbon steel pipe specification is mainly applicable to seamless steel pipes size range of 1/8″ to 48″ (DN6 to DN1200). Wall thickness of these steel pipes must comply with ASME B36.10 standard.

ASTM A106 B Material Analysis
The carbon content range of ASTM A106 Grade B pipe is 0.3%. Carbon is a key element that affects the strength and hardness of steel. Within this content range, ASTM A106 B material can achieve good strength while maintaining a certain toughness.

How to inspect carbon steel pipe
Outer diameter and wall thickness: Measure the outer diameter and wall thickness of the steel pipe to ensure that it meets the dimensional tolerances specified in the order or standard.
Length: Measure the length of the steel pipe to ensure that it meets the length requirements specified in the order or standard.
Straightness: Check the straightness of the steel pipe to ensure that it has no obvious bends or warps.
Key Features
Seamless Construction:
This means the pipe doesn't have any welded seams, making it stronger and more reliable, especially under high pressure and temperature.
Carbon Steel:
Made from carbon steel, it offers a good balance of strength and cost-effectiveness.
High-Temperature Service:
Designed for use in environments with elevated temperatures, making it suitable for transporting hot fluids and gases.
High-Pressure Resistance:
Can withstand significant internal pressure, making it ideal for demanding applications.
