ASTM A234 steel pipe fittings are widely used in pipeline systems, it includes carbon and alloy steel material for moderate and high temperature services.A234 WPB buttwelding fittings have two types that seamless and welded. Both of them are applied in pressure pipelines and in pressure vessel fabrications.

Buttwelding pipe fittings are processed by steel pipe or steel plate made shape as elbow, tee, reducer, bend, cross, stub end and cap. They are widely used in oil, natural gas, water conservancy, shipbuilding, construction and so on. We manufacture these fittings and inspect the dimensions tolerance as per ASME B16.9 standard.

Forged Steel Flanges are used to connect pipes,valves,fittings, strainers and pressure vessels. They are joined by bolting, and sealing is often completed with the use of gaskets or other methods.

High pressure forged steel fittings are machined from round steel or steel ingots that in standard of ASME B16.11. There are three connection type that threaded (THD) , socket weld (SW) and butt weld (BW). And size range is 1/8" to 4" and the pressure is Class 2000 lbs, 3000lbs, 6000 lbs and 9000 lbs. The common used material grades are ASTM A105, A350 LF2, A182 F304 & 316.
