What is Threaded Steel Pipe Fittings
There are several ways to connect pipes without welding, threaded pipe fittings is type to connect easily. Threaded joints probably represent the oldest method of joining piping systems. They are available in three pressure ratings: 2000lbs, 3000lbs and 6000lbs. There are various type threaded fittings as elbow, cross, tee, coupling, half coupling, boss, cap, plug and bushing. ASTM A105 threaded tee is one of the most common pipe fittings.
