Butt Weld Eccentric Reducer
SS904L butt weld eccentric reducer is a pipe fitting which helps to join two pipes with different diameters. Thus, it reduces the size of the pipe in the pipe system, from one size to another.
SS904L eccentric reducer are manufacture by seamless or welded pipe. For pipe fittings manufacturers, the forming process of welded pipe and seamless pipe is basically same.
Butt weld reducer include concentric reducer and eccentric reducer. Concentric reducers reduce the pipe in the center. When you observe the reducer at the reducer head-on, you can see the smaller section is formed in the direct center of the larger side. Eccentric reducers reduce the pipe to the side.
Eccentric Reducer Material

The stainless steel eccentric reducer are best known for their heat resistance, creep strength and tensile strength. 8"-12"is Pallet, and above 12"is loose.

Application
SS904L eccentric reducer is used to join pipe sections or tube sections on the same axis. The concentric reducer is cone-shaped, and is used when there is a shift in diameter between pipes.For example, when a 1" pipe transitions into a 3/4" pipe and the top or bottom of the pipe doesn't need to remain level.
